leaking nozzle

Post by arbus » Mon May 16, 2016 2:22 am

hi,
I have a new, secondhand up mini. Working great, except for a leaking nozzle. It is leaking from the top of the nozzle near the heater.

I have taken it apart, cleaned it.
Put it back together. Tightened it when hot.
But still leaking quite bad.

Any tricks to tightening the nozzle and not getting a leak?

Thanks

wrap the thread with this, put back the nozzle while cool, heat up, tighten.
Do not let it get in the way of the channel.

You have to find out which part is the problem, the heater module or the nozzle or both.
