Not turning on and continual beeping

Post by ramon.goldfried » Sun Nov 01, 2015 12:21 pm

When trying to turn on the printer via the button on the front, it flashes blue for a fraction of a second but goes straight back to red and the machine continually beeps - 'beep beep beep etc'.

The front button does nothing and to stop the beeping, I have to turn the power supply off at the rear with the main switch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Ramon

For those who experience the same issue, I had to replace the CPU.

Had the same issue and also needed to replace the CPU. lxear, you replace the CPU yourself. Its a pretty easy process.

I have seen that the CPU costs almost as much as a new Up Mini.

Better off putting in another few hundred bucks and get the 2.

Not sure if it is still on but the Upgrade offer gave you a new CPU for US$50
