I believe the sensor is a 100ohm platinum RTD with a 0.00392 coefficient temperature (in Celsius not Fahrenheit). Not bothered to look at the heater yet so can't help there.

Thank you Roller!I replace the sensor with a flat Pt100 and made a little block. Then I inserted the sensor on the flat milled surface. It prints perfectly.

Nice design I also want to have

maybe this helps
I measure:
heater:
Met de Ohm meter ~ 7,5 Ohm
op weg naar "extrude" 2,5Amp ~ 18,4 Volt DC
tijdens "extrude" geen DC maar wordt PWM ~50% duty cycle volgens de scoop

sr for my dutch/english

I took apart mine and this is what it reads on the heating element:
Annal 24V
1202 80W

Is there a chance you can make a copy of the heating block for me as well?

I can not make the hole heating block for you.The round stainless steel part I made not on a CNC machine but on a conventional lath machine.
The aluminium block I made on a 5-axis Milling machine.I can make the aluminium block for you.To make the rest is taking me to much time..sorry
