Filament after a print

Post by EM-creations » Sun Nov 24, 2013 9:25 am

So, I printed my own "Hello World"-test: a selfmade 1cm³ cube of the PP3DP-logo.

After it finished, some filament curled out of the nozzle. What to do with that; cut that off or leave it there?

Remove it, more will droop out when heating the extruder again.

When it gets too long it will stick to the nozzle and maybe the print, that's not pretty :-)
