Not able to adjust platform\nozzle height

Post by sforsasi » Wed Aug 14, 2013 5:12 am

Hi,

I've purchased a new UP Mini printer and was trying to do the initial steps. I've installed the UP software v2.0 and I'm using Windows 8 OS. After initialising the printer, I clicked 3d Print -> Maintenance option and entered 119 in the text box and hit "To" button. I hear a sound of a motor running but the platform does not move. Also, the current value is displayed as 2147483.58

Please advise if I'm missing something here.

Regards,
Sasikumar.

Can you move the platform up and down smoothly by hand?

Yes, I am able to move up and down by hand. When switched on and open the maintenance option, I get this error "Printer System Error Layer 1". When I do the initialize operation, this error goes off. After initialize, when I Open the maintenance option, current value shows some higher number.

Is there any other setting need to be done ?
