HotEnd spare parts

Post by Scottylad7 » Thu May 08, 2014 1:45 pm

Hi Guys,

I've just tried to undo my nozzle because of a blockage and i must have tried to hard because I've managed to snap the part that the nozzle screws too inside the aluminium block. It has two screws screwing it to the aluminium block. Does anyone know if you can just replace this part or do i have to pay £100 for the full unit ?

Thanks for you're help guys.

I would contact your supplier. You can also take a look here, but there are no individual parts I'm afraid:

Did you heat up the nozzle before you tried to unscrew it? This is necessary, make sure you hit 'withdraw' and wait till you hear the beep, then you can unscrew the nozzle. OW and when you screw it back in, don't over tighten it!
