Even unplugging all the connections + power, then re-connecting & turning it back on, then re-initializing? I've had lots of wacky things happen (all my fault I think) but I've managed to always get it working again. Have you re-initialized using the button on the front of the machine or in the maintenance window?

I've turned it off, reinitialised it, reflashed the ROM, manually lifted the platform up whilst running so that it can travel the full height back down, pulled the plug out, stood on my head and done everthing again
I am at a loss as to the next step other than return for repair???
Cheers

Don't know what to say...try taking out the SD card and then reinserting...have you asked support? I'm surprised no one has chimed in yet.

Sounds like a hardware problem. I would be looking to see if my limit switches are working.

Sounds like a limit switch is not working - either not engaging mechanically or maybe a connector pulled out?

was thinking software as it occurred when I was doing a platform height adjustment and failed to click go to bottom button which is the final part of the process
will have a look at the limit switch as well
cheers
