mr6k is right about the 25.4 scaling, they started this in v1.16. My work around is very simple: first import a larger part and then the tiny one you want to print, then delete the larger one. It works every time perfectly.

This is getting weird. After I fixed coil stuck together problem, Z height, I started to print a same part that stopped halfway before due to feeding problem. I used 0.2mm resolution, solid fill, 2mm base with raft, fine mode to expect a very good print, it took more than 2 hours to print it out but...
I just upgraded my Up software to v1.6 today (from v1.5) and when I set the nozzle height I noticed the max. is 133.40 now, so it won't allow me to go any higher but I still need to go up maybe 0.3mm. I remember the max was more than 134 at the very beginning, how come I'm losing the Z height now?
That coil came with the printer and I just uncoiled some, found the filament get stuck with each other at many places, which makes the feeding impossible. So I separate them one by one and re-winded. Will try it again.
I've been very happy with my Up3d since its arrival, enjoyed printing quite a lot until recently I found the filament stops coming out the nozzle half way of printing a few times.
