Hi Svid123, this maybe the software language problem. Could you please use the hot key (ALT+CTRL+E) to change the language to English and see if it works?

Sorry for the uneven plarform issue. Our engineers are trying methods to solve it. If any users have the same problem, could you please temporarily put a piece of paper under the perfboard to increase some height in one side? Please refer to the attached photo.

Hi All,

Now if anyone lost the pp3dp forum password, you can get it back now. Just click 'forgot my password' link to request a new one, you will be requested a username and a register email. Check the register email and you will be able to reset the password.

Hi Chris,

Please check if the belt on the X axis or Y axis is loose, if the belt is loose, please loose the screws on the pulley bearing, and pull the pulley bearing back a little and fasten the screws again.

If you didn't see the logo, you must recon it is an upgraded UP, UP v1.20? :o BUT that's not upgraded by pp3dp, it was copied by GIANT 3D systems. 山寨!!!
