Try to rotate your part 45 degrees around Z-axis and print again.

Yes it has but you can easy cut it with a knife.I print on this surface and the adhesion is very good.

Yes there is another solution.I purchased a new 3D Print Build Surface called LOKBUILD.I works very well.

I can not make the hole heating block for you.The round stainless steel part I made not on a CNC machine but on a conventional lath machine.
The aluminium block I made on a 5-axis Milling machine.I can make the aluminium block for you.To make the rest is taking me to much time..sorry

Thank you Roller!I replace the sensor with a flat Pt100 and made a little block.Then I inserted the sensor on the flat milled surface.It prints perfectly.

I had the same problem and solved it by adding a small plastic block.In my case it has nothing to do with the switch arm.

I tried to bend the arm of the switch with no result.The switch seems to be ok.I did the following.The printer prints with a offset of 7.5mm in X-axis to the door. They reverse the WCS = world coordinate system.Yes I checked the X-axis switch with no result.

Thank you for your reply.I checked the X-axis switch and it was not moved or loose.(why they call it X-axis I do not know because in all of the world the coordinatesystem is Y-axis but anyway)

Printer X-axis offset

Hello everyone,

Suddenly my printer prints my projects with a offset in X-axis.As you can see on the pictures the objects are lined up in the software.When I send my nozzle to the center of the platform it is totally of center in X-axis.
I use the newest V2 software.What could be wrong?

Hello, My up mini is printing inproper at the moment.I made a box with walls of 2mm and the layers are not stick to each other.There is a gap between the layers.The fill is set to the smallest.I calibrate the platform perfectly.When I received the printer the prints where fine.Can anbody help me?
