When following the "UP Studio G-code Tutorial.pdf" instruction I can't the printer to start print. Step 8 of the instruction simply states to "add the Cgode into Up Studio". When I try this I first get the warning: "Run File: *.GCODE? Warning: Improperly formatted G-code may damage the printer"
This in fine but when I select 'Yes' I just get an error:
The error code is not always the same but it always says "Failed to start (CTRL)"
I'm not the only one having this issue see thread: viewtopic.php?f=48&t=56592&sid=f3b79c54 ... 0beb8bf3e9
Can you please give further instruction on how to get this to work or release a software fix?
I was sold my printer with the promise it would support external g-code.
