Using the heatbed as temperature controllable device

I needed a device to warm up water to ~55° to create hide glue for repair works.
It worked using the UP heatbed

I used the windows API to readout the temperature values from the management window.
The software automatically enables and disables the button for the heatbed,
so the temperature stays constant.
