UP3D.com migration

Post by admin » Wed Dec 30, 2015 4:06 am

Dear UPPers,

We just launched the beta version of UP3D.com, and PP3DP.com will gradually phased out for other purposes. Please go visit UP3D.com and bookmark it as the new home of UPPers.

All the accounts in PP3DP.com have been migrated to UP3D.com. Here are some comments regarding the migration process:

1. In PP3DP.com, you have separate accounts in web store and forum. In UP3D.com, you will have one uniformed account for all the features available.

2. When you sign in UP3D.com for the first time, please use the nickname and the password in PP3DP.com. The system will send you an email to the email address that you left in the PP3DP.com profile. The email will contain a link which you can click to verify your id and email address.

3. If you have accounts in web store and form with different nickname and password, the one you use to sign in UP3D.com will be the id that you use in the future.

4. All the contents in the forums of PP3DP.com have been copied to the forum of UP3D.com. There could be some recent posts missing from the migration. Please repost it in the forum of UP3D.com.

5. All the forums have been locked now, and in the end will be removed from PP3DP.com server. If you need to backup the content, please either find it in the forum of UP3D.com, or back it up NOW.

6. If you have issues logging into the UP3D.com with the account in PP3DP.com, please contact us via support@UP3D.com, or post your questions by replying this post. Our technical team will be there to assist you.

7. If you have any suggestions, we are always there to listen.

Thank you for the support from everyone through all these year. Let’s together build UP3D.com a more pleasant home for all the UPPers.

Happy printing.

The login does not work properly.
It keeps signing me out before I can post.

Hi Admin,

I'm having to log in every time I visit. On the old site (and every other forum I visit), once logged in, I stayed logged in.
Please fix this.
UP plus, Ultimaker2 & Raise N2+ Printers.

Same having-to-log-in-every-time problem here.
Otherwise it all seems fine thanks.
