New X5 won't save nozzel height settings

Hi All,
My work has finally got its X5 in, but I can't get the print started.
When ever I try to send a print through UP Studio I get an error message saying the model is out of print range and when I check the nozzel height its set to 0 and won't let me change it. When I try to put in a manual entry of 211.53 it says not in range (160-220) and goes back to 0.

Is there something that I'm missing?
