Accuracy on Z-axis

Post by slmka » Mon Apr 24, 2017 4:36 pm

I notice on my UP!Mini 2 when printing the Z-axis is always a bit higher, approx 1mm most of the time.

Currently I am printing on UP! ABS filament, for prints between 0.15 ~ 0.3 also have similar problem.

Is there anyway I can improve on the print as some of the prints need to be assembled and this becomes a challenge for these.

Thanks.

Hi,
First,please calibrate the nozzle height:
Then,if it alwaws too high, you'd better give it an appropriate compensation value (Nozzle offset) between -1mm and 0mm.
Please try it!
