Platform not moving freely

What maintenance should I be providing to my Up Mini2? Are there any videos, documents or links that could be helpful to maintain my 3D printer.

At the moment, the platform is not moving easily in a horizontal, back/forward direction. It seems to be stuck with the sound of gears/cogs or something grinding or being forced. I'm not sure what I can do to check it. I'm not sure what I can pull apart safely to check.

Any advice would be grateful.
