UP BOX X axis problem

We have some problems with our UP BOX, everytime we print a part, the walls are not smooth in the X axis as shown in the first picture below.

We foud that more people had had similar problems as in these threads:

In those cases, other people recommended using epoxy to avoid the cog from moving. However, as it can be seen in the other two pictures, in our case the cog has both rotated and translated, making the belt to be half in contact with the motor gear.

What would be the solution for this situation?

Hi, as this is a recognised design fault I'd ask TT for a replacement assembly of the current spec.
