Connection of the UP Box 3D printer to a Network

Post by mikio » Thu May 26, 2016 6:18 pm

I'm considering purchasing the UP Box 3D printer, but I need to connect it to a local network.
Usually, a regular printer could be connected to an external print server that can plug into whatever port the printer has, in this case a USB port.
But, I am not sure that the 3D printer, such as an UP-BOX, could also use the same solution?
I'd like to use the USB UP-BOX printer as a network printer without connecting it directly to a PC.

Hello,

The current UP BOX cannot be share in a network.
However a new upgraded version of UP BOX can be share through WIFI (not Ethernet).
So you better wait for the new version, I think it will be available soon.
