UP BOX newbie experience

just had my UP BOX yesterday,
Printed a couple things and the quality was good.

made a filament support my way:

I have also tried the "Test your 3D printer!"
"these test are included in this tiny file:

size: the object is 4x50x50mm (baseplate)
hole size: 3 holes (3/4/5mm)
Nut size: M4 Nut should fit perfectly
fine details: pyramide, cone, all numbers
rounded print: wave, half sphere
minimum distance between walls: 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5mm
overhang: 25°/30°/35°/40°/45°
bridge print: 2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9mm
surface: all the flat parts"

All the shapes came out perfectly, overhangs are all good, but there are also problems:
1. 3 holes: 3 and 4 measured fine with -0.1 error or so, 5mm hole measured 4.85mm
2. minimum distance between walls: only 0.5mm is completely seperate
3. bridge print... can anyone tell me how to turn off the support completely? it printed with support and I have destroyed the features when trying to remove the supports
4. NONE of the numbers are printed properly, some numbers are not there at all

Printer setting: default with 0.15mm , fine, 10degree support, nozzle fan gate open, default filament
I am pretty sure the printer can do better, can someone shed some light about what settings I have to change to make this print better? especially the numbers and words.

I'll try to attach the photos.
