has anyone experience when printing that there is another colour of filament coming through their print?
we are printing some white filament prints but getting some orange/red filament coming through in various layers, very stringy.
we only have white filament plugged in, there was a red/orange print done last week.
Have extruded extra white, withdrawn, done some extra prints, but still happening.
I am assuming that perhaps we might have to try and clean or replace the print head, but honestly, how much extra filament of another colour could possibly have built up in the print head? if that is actually the problem anyway.
look forward to your feedback
