I've recently purchased an UP Box + and lovin' it, but I am unable to connect via Wifi and it's frustrating me.
The printer connects to the WiFi SSID we have no problem. I used a laptop connected to the same SSID and it does not find the printer and displays the message "ERROR: Printer connection error".
I followed some other advice I found on this forum to make sure may laptop was using 2.4GHz and not 5Ghz WiFi connection but it still doesn't work. I can easily ping the printer's IP address from my laptop.
I have also tried accessing the printer from a desktop PC, but still doesn't work.
Is there any way to manually set the printer's network configuration?
