Pause the print when no more filament but still heating

I just tested the great feature that pause the print if no more filament is in the printer.
But it did append during the night. The heat was still heating during hours.
When I changed the filament, the part finished well. But with the next part, the nozzle had some clog and continuously jam.

I cleaned the nozzle and now it's working again.

When the printer pause because no more filament, the heating should stop. What do you think ?
