best way to glue parts together?

i have tried super glue and model glue
super glue got better result then model glue
but still not a good option for functional model
is there any better solution?

Acetone! You can also make an acetone slurry from a few support structures melted in the acetone.

but the point is about the part already been printed
and failed to remove the support....

I use MEK an ABS solvent I get from a local store called TAP plastics, with a small bottle and needle applicator it works great, but be careful and use good ventilation and don't breathe the stuff.

As for removing rafts or such with Acetone:
Does not work for me. Acetone makes the ABS soft and sticky, and does not melt like hot butter or stuff in an acid bath ;-)
Sand paper or cutting it is a better choice.
