Just finished printing and installing a dial indicator to my Up! Plus so I can more easily do the bed leveling.
The print head is removed, and this holder gets installed, onto which a dial indicator is attached with a setscrew.
It's an imitation Mitutoyo dial indicator, but should be good enough for my purposes.
You can grab it on Thingiverse. There's also a STEP file on there if you wanted the solid to modify
