UP Studio wont start

Hello,

After couple days of not printing, I came back to my PC and UP Studio does not want to start, after double click, it will load wheel for 2-3 seconds and then nothing occurs. I have tried reinstalling software, also running as an administrator, I did not have any update on my pc or anything. I have not done anything with pc, when I run task manager there is no process connected with up studio. Up software works fine.

What am I suppososed to do? I am already lost with this...

try the latest update, should have solved this issue.

Jason, we need to download the whole program in order to do so, because we can't enter UPStudio to download, please put it up on the Support page so we can download it.

This version "UP Studio For Windows x64 Version:1.1.2.0" still doesn't work in my computer.

I installed 1.2.1.6_x86 from github, it is also not working on my Acer notebook...

Hi Guys

I had a similar issue, what worked for me was the following:

Uninstall UP Studio

Press Windows key + R

Type in %appdata%

This will take you to a hidden folder : C:\Users\~~~~~\AppData\Roaming

Delete the below folders:
Beijing Tiertime Technology Co., Ltd
Tiertime

Move up a folder and also check and delete if you find the same Tiertime folders:
C:\Users\~~~~~\AppData\Local

Install UP Studio and presto!

Please let me know if this works for you, hopefully Tiertime can include this in their Uninstall routine.

Sorry to say: It does not work for me !

beside Beijing Tiertime Technolog I also found Beijing Tiertime Corporation. I deleted all the folders after uninstall.

I have the same problem's, tried it on 2 different Windows 10 systems.

Can it have something to do with the resolution of the system? 1024 x 1280 ?

On my notebook also with Windows 10 it runs without problems... ?!?!?

Is .NET needed? Of other dependencies?

How to solve this?

I can see that this thread is several months old but here I am in October with version 1.3.2.3 downloaded around a week ago and I am experiencing the same problem. Is there a definitive fix for this please
