[FEATURE REQUEST] - Start nozzle heating after spooling

It would be great if you can select if the nozzle should start heating from when you hit the "Print"-button or when everything was spooled successfully:

I had a problem when I liked to print 3 objects at once; all together it took some plenty time to spool everything to the printer and it wasn't finished when the nozzle was all heated up. As it wasn't extruding it started to vaporize the filament remainings and I chose to stop
