3D models sloping + Nozzle height calibration issue

Post by lse.paul » Wed Jun 25, 2014 2:53 pm

Hi Guys,

I have synced up the printer and made sure it's calibrated correctly. The printer is actually printing out the part standing up right, however the horizontal edges are printing a slope rather than a horizontal line, i.e. An item designed as having a gradient of 0 (completely flat) has a noticeable gradient when the 3D model is printed.

Since this, I have re-calibrated it, but the machine won't let me do the auto-nozzle height. The bed will stop around 1 cm below the nozzle, therefore the nozzle never touched the chip, and the calibration won't continue.

Regards & Thanks
