I am evaluating one 3D printer which I need to buy. I have some
questions, please help me:

1. How much time does the printer take to print this in normal quality?

2. How much plastic did it used to print that?

3. And how much time to print this in normal quality?

4. For how many time/prints does a bottle of adhesive works?

we havn't calculated the time of Cathedrals, dozens hours.

question 4,
for a bottle of adhesive can be used many many times, you will use 1 or 2ml when first time painting, and 0.1-0.5ml /print for later printing.

For the printing cost, my platform came to me already painted. I made a couple of prints that way. I then added blue masking tape, and subsequently stripped the paint off my platform. I've now printed about 15 times, and never used the sticky paint. So, it might be reasonable to eliminate that particular cost from the equation if it works for you.
