Hi all,

I'm Sean O'Dwyer, inventor of the MAGdapter.

You may have seen the article on - ... connector/. It's all over the Intenet now in any case both in articles and in social media etc so if you search for "magdapter' you'll find it...

I just want to thank Bruce at for his beyond excellent after sales service. I managed to break my printer last Friday (no fault of printer's - just me rushing and not doing thing's properly btw) and he organized for one of his repair reps Saber Patterson to come help me. Saber is a great bloke - to be honest I didn't have the time I would have liked to have had to hang out with him but he dropped everrything on a Friday afternoon at 3PM to drive an hour and a half to come and fix my printer using parts of his own printer etc. I just can't thank either Saber or Bruce enough.

I haven't really ever written a 'testimonial' or even a 'thanks' to a product manufacturer before because quite frankly I have never felt like anything but a number on a computer as regards any other company/product. Bruce at however and Saber to me make writing this an absolute pleasure. I can't thank you guys enough.

I love my UP Plus, it got me where I needed to be and prints at a quality I honestly didn't expect at such a low price point.

Thanks again to Bruce and Saber, can't thank you enough,
