Up plus 2 green light stays on and won’t initiate
Helllo. I have run into an issue with my printer. While printing the power cable got stuck in the spool somehow and ended up causing the printer to stop the print. Now when ever I turn it on the light on the front stays green, it won’t initialize, and my computer does not see it when it’s plugged in. I don’t know what to do. Can anyone help me???
