Upgrade H479 hardware to H480 possible?

Greetings,

I have an H479 and the board finally died on me. I was wondering since the H480 is almost the same as the H479 save for the auto leveling and nozzle height detector. Do you think its possible to buy the H480 parts and swap them out for the H479?
