Printer is Dead

Post by TravisGood » Fri Aug 22, 2014 5:02 am

I turned off the UP!3D Plus printer while it was printing and the bed dropped, as expected. However, since then when I turn it on nothing happens, NOT as expected. I've tried several power outlets but it makes no difference; when I flip the switch there is no sound or light of any kind. I've been using this printer for several months so I understand its basic operation. Is there a fuse someplace that could have blown and which I can replace? If not then please explain how to fix my printer. Thanks!

Hi TravisGood

UP! Plus has no fuse inside, so it seems not the issue about this.

Now please check these two points,

1. Switch, if the connection is well.
2. Mainboard, test the current of the board. Because the board may be damaged by the unsteady power used.

Please give your feedback here, our team will follow your issue.
