1989 Batmobile in Progress

Post by Numonic » Tue Jan 20, 2015 10:31 pm

Hi folks,
Currently working on the 1989 Micheal Keaton Batmobile by Tim Burton. This is supposed to be in conjunction with the Anniversary 7 inch Batman figure by the company Neca.
So far HotToys has a version out for the 12 inch. I wanted to make a custom one that can be purchased for those who like this current figure. Has been a long tough road but it's coming around hope you guys like it.

Another UPDATE ;) Also Wrist extensions are made with UP as well to mimic what Micheal Keaton did and had in that movie version. ;)

If you are interested in purchasing one contact me privately, I'm taking pre- orders and a deposit is required as well.

Glen,
Yes another update this time it's a video ;)

Made most of the Batmobile now printing out the tires and will be finalizing by assembling all together with screws.

This is available as a custom to those who would like it.I recommend that you purchase the Anniversary Batman Figure
gohastings.com as this is why I created the Batmobile in the first place.

Private message me for prices, fabrication timeline.

Wow! that looks amazing, it will look even more amazing of course if you get the LED's for the lights working.

Thank you! I'm trying to get the led set up to work properly. It's been rough since it's my first time working on LED's.
It's been a long road but the end is near and looking forward to finishing the project ;)

I have a 1 9 volt battery

I am going to get 6 leds that hopefully have 3.0 Volts and 20mA

Can't seem to find the resistor at the Radioshack near where I live.

But from the looks of it I'm going to need a 56 ohm resister.

I would recommend checking your design here:
http://led.linear1.org/led.wiz

and I bought LEDs with the correct resistors here:

mb20music,
Thank you ! Yes I did got the idea after watching the making of the Batmobile on my DVD.
Love that the company Neca released this figure, turns out they jumped through some legal loop holes to get it into the fans hands :D .
