Can you swap cables with one of the known good machines and see if that changes anything -- just in case it is the cable....

Wow!! I am both impress and envy with your 'army'. Can I know what brand of filament your are using and is the quality okay?

Hi, if the problem still can't be solved after multiple trys, please contact with you vendor for support, or contact support at pp3dp dot com.

Thanks. There was no change in the morning (printer not seen in device manager), so I will contact the vendor and the pp3dp support.

I use http://www.imakr.com/product/view/abs-175mm-filament filament....it doesn't seem to be branded so-to-speak.... get it via imakr store. colours are good and never have any problems with the quality of the filament.
