Hioh All

Post by rasield » Tue Feb 26, 2019 6:52 am

Hioh all,

Just picked up my third printer and went for a TT Up Mini 2 for printing some more mechanically minded parts with ABS, Polycarbonate, PCABS, and Nylons. Fairly used to 3d printing at this point, but still learning and experimenting.

I am having an odd issue with the Mini2 which prompted me to try to reach out here. The heated bed simply refuses to go above around 60c or so after waiting about 6 hours for it to manually preheat. Hoping to find some answers here.

HI,
The heated bed temp around 60C is a normal tempertaure ,and the temperature is enough for most of the material, including ABS,
the heated bed can not reach to the theoretical temperture like 90C or more.

Then why does the Tiertime ABS profile specifically made for the Up Mini 2 which ship with Tiertime ABS request a bed temperature of 90C?
