If I buy the Up Box+ or Afinia H800+ in North America, who will provide the support?

Hello, I have a question from Tiertime. if I buy the Up Box+ or Afinia H800+ online in North America, what will happen when something goes wrong? Will Tiertime and/or the company where I buy the printer provide the support?

The Afinia H800 is supported by Afinia, which is based in Minnesota. They even have a "will call" desk so if you live nearby (as I do) you can pick up spare parts same day. The parts are interchangable with the Up version--or at least, I've never had a problem using them on my Up. But if you want to be sure, buy the Afinia branded version.

I am in Canada. I can buy either machine depending on which local online reseller I choose.
