Abs not sticking??? Help!!!

Post by Fragmintz » Tue May 23, 2017 1:43 am

I have done everything, cleaned my bed, laid glue, set nozzle to 0.2mm , removed easy peel. And yet some.of my corners come.up after the 2nd later( after the initial pass). It gets to the first layer of the part and then I start to.see that it's popping off the bed

I should check:
1.- properly nozzle heigh
2- fan gate closed
3- the bed has reached the working temperature.

Try a thin coat of Elmer's glue stick, the purple water washable kind on the build plate.

I had an awkward lifting corner that I accidentally fixed by switching the print to "fine".

I have no idea why this would make it stick, but stick it did.

Slows the printhead down and allows a more pressed into build plate of the plastic.
