There is a magnet on the door and a magnetic sensor on the door frame, if the magnet and the sensor are not pairred properly or either of them failed.
The printer will not operate and perceive the door is not closed. A quick fix is to stick another magnet to where is sensor is or ask support to help you short the sensor first so that you can start using it and later find a long term solution.

Hello, could you please try to add an jumper camp on the plug in what the photos show,
Please test if the printer can work normally with the jumper camp, generally the printer will work well with the jumper camp if the issue was caused by the door detector. Please also contact the distributors or reseller who provide the printer for replacing the part.
If you have further questions, please also write to firstname.lastname@example.org
for more information.

I had the same problem with my first UPBOX+ print. After much fiddling around I found two issues:
First, one of the wires to the hall effect sensor (door close sensor) was loose, so I soldered it. Don't know why they aren't attached better in the first place.
Second, the magnet in the door isn't strong enough to switch the sensor. Had to find the kids biggest fridge magnet and place it just right. Seems the polarity matters a lot too.
Once I got it going though - watched in awe. This is amazing technology. Can you imagine what future generations will be able to do ?

So the jumper will disable the print stopping if the door is opened? Im wanting a way of getting more airflow when printing PLA so if I can print with the door open it should help.
