Re: Just received my up and i have a question

There are two solutions:

1. Use the calibrate function. the print will be vertical although the X and Z aixes aren't vertical.

2. Adjust the screw in back of X axis. see the attached pics.

Re: Printer stops printing without a reason

Hello, I tried to print a fairly big model, the model has been processed properly by the software and sent to the printer, but printing stops after printing a few lines of the lowest layer of the support raft. The width of the model is almost as big as the distance between printing limits, but stil...

Re: Just received my up and i have a question

Hello Vincent, There is a problem, the platform axis should be perpendicular to the Z Axis. The damage was due to rough handling in transit. :( Please twist the axis to normal position(perpendicular to the Z Axis). If you can't, please return it and we will fix. We have upgrade the package of UP! pr...

Re: I've got my UP!

Just finished assembling :) - The screw holding the feeder is too short. It barely touches the thread below, there is no way to screw it in. After 10 minutes of trying I grabbed a slightly longer screw from my toolbox (10mm AFAIR), which worked like a charm. I have no idea how you manage to put it ...

Re: UP! Software upgrade to V1.08

question nr 2 :) Is the calibration stored in the printer? I use two computers so do I need to enter the calibration in both computers or just one? I assume it´s stored in the printer itself. Good night from sweden! The calibration is stored in computer now. You should enter the calibration in ever...

Re: Unable to make the purchase

Maybe the zip/postal code cause the problem. Please use "000000" to replace your postal code.

Please leave the correct ship address in note.

Good morning. I am evaluating one 3D printer which I need to buy. I have some questions, please help me: 1. How much time does the printer take to print this in normal quality? 2. How much plastic did it used to print that? 3. And how much time to print this in normal quality? 4. For how many time/...

BTW Edward/darkhouse I'm still not getting forum email notifications. Is it just me? Richard Sorry, it is a problem of all users, and we can't solve it still. Ditto It's also nice to see (at least part of) their burn in process. I wonder what they print that takes a constant 75 hours and how...

Re: UP! Software upgrade to V1.08

* Once I've printed the calibration model, then what? * What settings do I use to print them? 1.0.8 Default? Or does it matter? * Do I take the parts off the platform and measure them, or do I leave them on and measure (the latter I think)? * I don't see axes calibration instructions in the 1.0.8 U...

Hi UPers, A few suggestion for printing big model: 1. Preheat for over 15 mins. 2. Only print one model. 3. Use higher layerthick, such ase 0.3mm or 0.35mm. 4. Clean and repaint the platform. 5. Confirm the platform is level. The gaps between nozzle and extruder should be same at five position(NL, N...
