Sorry for the late reply.

3DP-14-4A is for UP Plus, our first generation of UP Plus series.
3DP-14-4D is for UP Plus 2.

You can see the difference from the build plate. UP Plus 2 has an extra gadget at the further end of the build plate, for automatic leveling and height measurement.
