In three years I changed the nozzle about 6 times, but I've noticed a new nozzle lasts about three months, from the time you start noticing the internal friction wear out the material, change in quality prototypes . Julia is a flat glass thermo fusion of 3mm. It has texture and the glue have has good gripping surface . I thing this cain of glass is a borosilicate . You can buy in a stained glass shop or store . If I need 285 degrees for example for a polycarbonate wire , with control temperature measurement of Taylor I can put over 260 degrees ? . Or the limit is 260 ?.
