Re: ERROR: Data transfert failure (6): Failed to send cmd to printer
Hello
There should be a SD card inserted in the slot.If there is no SD card, then that is the reason caused the problem, Check if the SD card was fall out in somewhere inside the printer box or anywhere? Or use another SD card insert to the slot to solve the error.

Re: Mini 2 acts like extruder is cloged
Hello
You can first take off the nozzle ,and then start heating, and then use the cleaning tool or some thin metal wire to push the melt materials inside ,and they will be pushed to the gear, and you clean up the gear later.

Re: Overheating Regularly!
Try to check the heated plate cable connection with the mainboard or reinsert it from mainboard ,sometimes the bad connection may caused the overheating.

Hello
Try reset and adjust the nozzle height manually before your first printing with the new extruder ,because the nozzle height will change after you replaced the extruder .

@CanopeDTGrandEst
Check if the current nozzle height is 0 , if it is 0, then all the models you import in will be "out of bounds"
try reset and save the nozzle height to solve that.

Hello
Try manully set the nozzle height to a 0.1mm(a4 paper thickness) before your printing and ensure you print with a raft.

Re: I can’t get even a flat model to print without a raft
Hi
We suggest users to print with raft for a better print result,
after several times printing, the plate maybe not leveling perfectly due to the scraps left on the surface, with a raft can make the first layer well leveled and to make the model more flat.
So a raft it important for the prints
