Re: My UP BOX problems

[quote="steelmans"]I wondered how everyone is getting on with their Up Boxes?

I have upgraded from UP Plus for build area, and UP Box is so much better than I expected. It's not put a foot wrong yet.
Everything has come out perfect and it's a lot easier to use.

Re: [Solved] Platform Does Not Move to Bottom After Print Jo

But it was fine except for several loop kinks in one reel which destroyed a number of prints and had to be cut out. Re: Vertical Holes

Seems the problem was overheating. I fitted the wind barrier 7 and the difference was huge. At first I thought the wind barrier mentioned on here must be a free standing screen that is placed beside the printer to stop draughts. It didn't sound useful. A better name would be cooling funnel. (It's th...

Vertical Holes

The UP is great. Much better than I hoped it would be. The ball race printed very well at half size and the accuracy is good. But I've been having problems with vertical holes and thin wall sizes. I wanted a tube 26mm outside diameter with an 1mm wall. It printed ok except for a 0.5mm discontinuity ...
