g but I wonder if the new 1.19 software will help solving this problem. I am using 1.9 software See other posts about USB troubles. Most likely earth currents in the USB lead inducing rogue signals. The only solution that has worked for me is to unplug the usb after I upload the model and hit the ok button Using this method I can leave a print alone and not baby sit it My printer has seen use on a mac,an old pc with xp and a new pc with windows 7 same random crash problem on each machine I even...

Turned on my pc turned on printer initialised,loaded print,warmed bed,started print
print finishes printer rams bed into hotend and makes horrendous noises belts slipping

Sad to say my printer is still crashing the print into the head at the end of a job :-(
My up had not been used for a few weeks and it crashed on the first print

Only trouble is, the 1 kilo reels they sell are too large for the hook on the side of my printer, making things a little tricky with keeping it unrolling as it needs to. Received my filament very quickly :D I think the postage from cd-writer was £7 for up to 4kg ( four spools for £7 :D ) I had to print a new filament spool holder and filament guide to take the new thicker roll I used this filament guide http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31961 and this spool holder ht...

Good news my supplier is sending me a CPU.
Last night I tried another print ( my third since the last crash ) and this time very near the end of the print
The table lowered a few inches and then continued to extrude in mid air until I reset the machine :lol: my machine is crazy :lol:
