Re: An unexplained feed failure. No mechanical failure this time.
...it was the extruder motor which was working but "tired". Each 2500 hours, I had to change it. But here my up300 has less than 200 hours... I'm sorry, but I laughted a little, stepper motors don't get tired . The bearings wear out, the magnets overheat and demagnetize or the insulation in the coi...

Re: ABS warping on the larger build plate.
I'd caution against using acetone on the flex board, i tried cleaning it with acetone and acetone disolves the material, and also made it very brittle so it cracked on the next print. Isopropyl alcohol is fine. I always have been using abs juice on my perfboard of my zortrax M200s. The current one ...

Re: How good is the UP300 ?
With the up300, you potentially could get excellent print at a very fast speed. Quality of print of my others M200 printers are really good. But I could get the same quality if not better two times quicker than the M200 on the up300. This is amazing. But for complex/large parts, I don't have enough ...

Re: Printing PETG with the UP300
Same here.
I've put the filament roll on the top without the guide and it is now "working" .I have very beautiful print of huge parts but the raft is merged with the part whatever the setting I use...
With the filament guide, it is ok for small parts but it is failing after a while for large parts.

Re: An unexplained feed failure. No mechanical failure this time.
I've got the same issue a few times and especially with petg but also with abs. The curved feed may be the reason. Probably too long on my model it is always sliding/pushing on the windows. I've put the filament roll on the top without the guide and the issue has disappeared... A too low temp may be...

Upstudio beta 2.6.19.627
I've seen a popup with a new beta version today. I've updated my beta as I was expecting good news. My current version is now 2.6.19.627 I still can see my customized material in upstudio but the list of materials in the editor is fully empty ( even the tiertime ones ). Does someone has the the same...

Re: up300 with external slicer
I only get errors when I start to print. Something about unknown command. I wish there were some more detailed instructions from Tiertime on this. I'd like to know if a gcode steam is sent from the PC or a task file is sent to the printer first? Can it run over wifi or should it be USB connected? A...
