Re: WORKING: SOFTWARE TEMP MOD - ADJUSTABLE LAYER HEIGHTS !

pls share your findings :D

I got the new ABS+ filament for UP Plus v1... havent got a chance to test it fully. However, my first print reviewed that the new ABS+ filament is glossy white (with a tinned of yellow) unlike the old filament which is mat white.

cheers

Re: slanted prints (me too)

last time i had the problem. I sent to my local dealer for support.

Thay told me that they had to glue/super glue back the stepper motor and the pulley gear.

you may want to check if the shaft of the stepper motor can be pull in and out. If so, open the stepper and pulley to check.

Re: Conversion of UP! to Reprap Electronics

Currently i have 2x UP! printer, one original and the other modified with ramps 1.4. Both are working fine. If you ask me, I felt that the quality for print is very close to the original UP!. The open source slicer and marlin firmware can do a pretty good job with the UP! precision hardware. The onl...

Re: Conversion of UP! to Reprap Electronics

I started troubleshooting but along the way i notice it burnt my 5V regulator, I don't short anything, it just die on me. I went down to my local Up! store, they...

Conversion of UP! to Reprap Electronics

Hi all, I have been a Up! user for the pass 3 yrs, but recently my Up had died on me. I was unable to troubleshoot if the motherboard or main chip is faulty. Hence, decided to buy a new UP! and convert the old faulty Up! with RAMPS 1.4 electronics. Currently I have link up with RAMPS 1.4 electronics...

Re: Extruder Temp Read Error

I had left my printer in my room for 2 days untouch. It had cooled to about 30C Celsius. The thermistor in the extruder head reads at 8ohms.

Wat is the normal ohms reading of the extruder thermistor room temp ?
