We are sorry that the only way to work this out is that to replace it with the extruder motor with gear or the entire extruder unit.
Because the gear cannot be disassembled from the extruder motor.

Oh, in that case, it is because the latest software for Mac OS does not compatible with the latest touchscreen system.
We will release a new version, which compatible with the upgraded touchscreen system in next weekend.

Have you tried to restart the printer?
To change the language on the touchscreen: Go to Config-> Language.

For one thing, when you said you start a print, which way did you connect the printer with your PC via Wifi connection or USB cable?
And, could you please explain a bit more about "I have to move to the printer to launch it."? I am bit confused by this.

According to your description, it sounds like the printer does not recognize the update file in your USB Stick.
Have you made sure the name of the file is update_usb.tt ? Also the format of your USB stick has to be FAT32.

Hi CCNA, Have you checked the value of Nozzle Offset in the software? How to find the: open the software go to UP-> click Print -> you will find the Nozzle offset.
