have you tried GCODE with UPBOX (non UPBOX+)(idle, without upgrade kit) only connected by usb?

buena señores, yo también tuve problemas de adhesión del raft a la pieza con las versiones 1.7.x, con la 1.6.1.2 me iba mejor. Con la 1.8.1.0 parece que vuelve a ir mejor. Up Studio does have different raft and slicing parameters, for this reason I still use Up software 2.18. The newer Up printers like Up Mini 2 and Up Box+ won't work with Up Studio because the layer height presets will not show up under Setup (the software will show ''please update your app''). Also...

UPBOX was sent to the SAT and they repaired it. The problem was:
-FFC flat White cable replaced
-Hotend replaced
I have to congrat spanish SAT, exactly in 1 week I had my UPBOX repaired

you can have a cold joint on the small pcb on top of the print head, there can be a problem also on the track cable going from that board to the main pcb .. do a simple test, try extruding (you can do it without filament but better with) not printing and monitor temp, then wiggle cables on the top ...

I'm guessing that the NOZZLE TOO COOL error is likely a defective hot end, since the problem started after you replaced the extruder.
