Re: Nozzle heat sensor.....

Sounds like you most likely need a new nozzle block heater

Re: Nozzle not heating

most of the time, the issue is with the wires on the temperature sensor on the nozzle heater block.

well you can just select "withdraw" filament or "extrude" filament without any filament loaded.

well, they just went to the "Up Studio" as a replacement, you should be able to use UpStudio with your old machine, did you try it?

Re: Raft won't separate

Print temperature might be set too high, try lowering it and see if that helps

Re: Printer won't initialize?

well, in many cases when that happens it is due to a faulty CPU board which is easy to replace however they are very pricey.

Re: Move error

when that happens, you can normally just turn off the printer and turn it back on and it's fine.

I've never heard of this happening before, is it possibly be related to the "hacked" software you are using?

Re: Up! Plus and Afinia H480 - spare parts, replacement parts

I am pretty sure this is more what you need, it is 3mm x 20mm it is about 5 mm longer than the original but should still work for you. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/PT100-Probe-3mm-20mm-RTD-MINI-probe-1m-wire-Platinum-Resistance-1-meter-5-pieces-40/32657593569.html?spm=2114.search0204.3.99.4c257aa...

Re: UP Mini Unresponsive, Blue Light, Nothing happens

In many cases when the printer doesn't initialize or get recognized by the computer it is because of a bad CPU board, they are easy to replace but they are very expensive, last time I checked they were around $300 for a new CPU board.

Did you check the motherboard to see if the connector is firmly plugged in?

Not a whole new extruder, most likely just a new nozzle heater.
