Re: UP BOX Fan Shroud?

Glad it help, it's not my design tho
I would do a face lift of it to reduce the overall height. I think a mesh with hole less than 1.7mm will do.
Just feeling lazy about it :x

Re: Glass Bed on my UPBOX

I have no experience with glass bed, but I suppose if you unscrew all those screws and use a glass bed the same thickness to the perf board, you should be ok.
I recall someone said that if you use raft-less mode, the bottom side of your print will be as nice as the top side

Re: UP 2.17 Software Test print of the new Thin Wall option

totally agree with roller,
this indeed enables smaller scale printing.
just realised that my setting of # of layers is 3 not 2.
I may try another print with wall layer set to 2.

Re: Problems With New UpBox

sorry about your height sensor,
adjusting the bed level has nothing to do with nozzle height I suppose, just try a couple numbers, find one that would print 1st layer find and wont scratch the bed.
support removal was good for up filaments, if you use zabs, use 260deg and you will be fine.

Re: Problems With New UpBox

Hi Arcis, after unpack my upbox. I just did a auto level + auto height, the level was fine but the extruder head scrapes on the perf board when printing the first layer, after that I have just set the extruder height a bit higher than its detection, now I am using 208.7, all good. Yes I had the same...

I have also ordered 5 spools of Z-ABS in different colours, hopefully they are as good as I have heard of. my top choic was Zortrax before I have spotted on the UPBOX. This costs me...

Re: How is the UP BOX compared with uPrint SE Plus?

at work I use a dimension 3d printer from stratasys which i believe is very similar to Uprint, at least I can't tell the difference by the look.
Just got my UPBOX on hand today, will let you know when I have done some parts I modelled and measured.
